I remember telling myself you’ve got to lose weight you’ve got to lose weight and, the only reason I wasn’t losing any is because I was afraid to start because I was afraid I could not do it. When I came across this solution it made me believe in myself and it supported those beliefs with results and, I can’t even explain in words how happy I am today.
