Stomach Abs

I was wandering if placing a book on your stomach while laying down (pushing the book up and down with your stomach) could possibly be a ab exercise for getting abs. Would this be beneficially in any way?

I have a friend that constantly pushes on her abs.stomach area all the time! It’s annoying .lol. She like is checking for something with her fingers.

When I try to do leg ups or stretch too far my stomach where abs come in it hurts. (I don’t have a six pack) So is this like a sign of getting one or just some weird thing..

I do endless crunches and sit ups and leg lifts but nothing targets that lower stomach and i still have a pooch when its tight on my sides and my upper abs. WHAT EXERCISE CAN I DO TO TIGHTEN MY LOWER STOMACH ABS?

And tighten up? Is that just part of being a kid/preteen? Will I get a nice firm stomach. I work out regularly.

if you did hip rolling movements everyday for 10 minutes how long would it take to notice a difference in your body?
And what other exercises can tone your stomach/abs and tighten your thighs and bum?

What are good tips for this? I’ve seen many different techniques for crunches on youtube. Which would you recommend? Any other tips would be great. Thanks

Hi
I have cerebral palsy which affects my legs. I have good movement in my upper body though

This means I am unable to do simple exercises such as laying down to do sit ups.

I was wondering what simple excercises I could do (sitting down preferably) to work on my stomach muscles / abs?

I only weigh around 120 so I figure I could use some toning, but the little amount of fat I have on my stomach won’t go away. When I stand up it looks like I have a flat stomach only until I sit down. So how can I get rid of this and tone up?
